Firestone Complete Auto Care

They were very helpful and friendly on the phone when I called to ask about same day service, and confirmed inventory for the tires needed before I made the trip there. Arriving onsite, check-in was very smooth, and the waiting area is spacious and comfortable with a relaxing atmosphere. The service time was to be expected being a walk-in, but everything was done professionally and as quickly as possible. Very happy with the service and experience, and I will make it a point to bring my vehicle here for future needs.

Dustin did a wonderful job getting me in and out today. I came in super stressed with something in my new tire. He assured me they would get it done before closing and they had many cars being serviced in every bay. He gave me a call at 6:51pm to let me know my car was ready and it just needed a patch! Service and Customer Care 10/10. The only time I’ve ever had a great experience at a car shop. Thanks guys!

I am from out of town and came in the Sunday after 4th of July. I drove up to Louisville to celebrate the holiday with friends and needed to return home to family on Sunday. On the drive up I noticed something fling from underneath my car on the highway and my car making concerning sounds after that. I went in to Firestone first thing Sunday morning and Jess was quick to be a helping hand. Jess was able to diagnose the issue and explain to me exactly what had happened so I could further relay to my mechanic back home. Jess and the team at Firestone got me back on the road and to my family!

Dustin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and didn’t push any sort of extra services on me while also giving great advice and guidance. Informed me of some amazing sales coming up and made me feel very comfortable. The technician, Caleb was honest in his overview of my tire situation and I’m grateful for that. Thanks ya’ll I would like to note that this location is very busy and as I was expecting my car to be back today, it was simply, not possible. Things happen and these people were obviously working very hard to meet customer expectations.

I appreciated the polite service and the amenities offered. However, I was not very happy with the price. I had about a two-foot section of intake hose replaced, and the total came to $307. The part alone was $215, which felt high to me, and the labor charge also seemed a little steep considering the job appeared to take only about 10 minutes.I also would have preferred easier access to the restroom. Having to ask permission to have it unlocked felt awkward. As an adult customer, that made it seem more off-limits than welcoming. Update: 6/19/26 I would highly suggest you seek out another shop! I had a power window fixed and it was sketchy on the price! I dropped it off and told them the power window was not working and they should replace the track and motor! I got a call and the price was $317. I agree to that price. At 4:30 that day they called and said it was done. I asked for the price again and it was now $558! I asked why and was told there was a “diagnostic fee”. For what exactly? I asked what exactly they diagnosed!? The window either works or doesn’t not really much to diagnose there. When I came to pick up the vehicle it was $478. Confused I asked why there was a “diagn
